Returns Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened cosmetic and oil products cannot be returned.

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us with:

  • A brief reason for the return

Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the eligible item and place a new order.
